In the United States NYGG is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser in the United States, so securities licenses are not required. NYGG does not sell securities in the United States. In Asia, NYGG Asia is a duly licensed investment advisory firm that forms investment syndicates and distributes securities extensively in Asia to Asia based institutional or high net worth investors.

Investment / Consulting Professionals

NYGG’s investment/consulting professionals are involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of private equity investments, or acting in various strategic and consulting capacities. NYGG seeks individuals with a demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement. NYGG’s associates generally have multilingual capabilities and have obtained their MBA and have at least three to four years of prior work experience. Strong communications skills are a must.

Corporate Support Staff

NYGG’s support team provides support to NYGG’s local offices as well as to NYGG’s portfolio companies. Corporate support staff includes professionals in the following areas:
